Situated
on the Somerset/Devon border at Holcombe Rogus, we are a family
run farm specialising in poultry.
We
breed and raise free range chickens including Cream Legbars,
Speckledys Light Sussex and White Leghorns.
My
father, John, and I also have over 50 years experience of
rearing turkeys and we are well known for our expertise and the quality of
our birds.
In
addition, we produce award
winning blue/green, dark brown and
white eggs which are sold through
various local retailers. In 2003 our
eggs won two prestigious
Small Producer of the Year Awards sponsored by
Waitrose and The Times, winning not only the fresh food category but also Best Newcomer Award. Our eggs also
received gold and silver medals from Taste of the West in 2004 and 2005.
We
supply poultry from day old chicks through to point of lay and are happy to receive both large and small orders.
I
am proud of the quality of our chickens and turkeys and the
